Our response to COVID-19
As the advice regarding the containment and delay phases for the Coronavirus continues to develop daily, SDS Drives would like to assure all customers of the continuity of our service.
We have made appropriate adjustments to every aspect of our business to ensure we remain fully operational whilst affording the greatest protection to our staff and customers.
Our usual operating hours of Monday – Thursday 08:30-17:15 & Friday 08:30-16:00 GMT still apply.

Sales & Email Support
Our sales team will be working remotely but operating at full capacity. Access to emails and the ability to quote product or provide non-emergency technical support remains unchanged.

Telephone Support
Our telephone line is open as usual during business hours. Staff will be able to provide quotations and technical support though we will be operating a triage system of call-backs depending on the level of assistance you require.

Deliveries
Currently our warehouse is fully operational and we will be receiving stock and dispatching orders on a daily basis. At present, promise dates on orders remain unaffected, but should we encounter any delays due to issues with supply, or with our delivery partners, we will inform you immediately.
Site Visits
We will conduct essential sites visits where necessary and possible to ensure your business continues to run with minimum disruption. Our Engineers will be taking all the necessary precautions to avoid risk of contamination, but our number one priority remains in keeping our
staff and your staff safe. On this basis we will assess each site visit, case by case. If we are unable to attend site we will do our best to provide technical support via telephone or video conferencing.

Accounts
